I’m starting a handball club at my local university and I’m trying to figure out how I would go about setting up an indoor one-wall court inside a gym.

The gym area I have in mind is just your typical high school indoor basketball court area, with those slow, unfolding partitions and whatnot. I would just mark some tape up on a big wall, but there is a bunch of gym padding randomly scattered throughout the walls, not to mention skinny pipes that line the walls (gym padding: photo). Therefore, no portion of the walls are suitable for use as a large, flat wall on which to play.
I’m thinking of finding a section of the gym wall where we can just construct a wall right in front of it, maybe something like this: patent PDF.
Where would I find contractors/builders who would do this kind of thing? Around how much would it cost? Is it even remotely feasible?
