I’ll go first.
Trinidad&Tobago, probably very poorly.
Fairly wealthy small nation, but the systematic decades long gutting of the universal healthcare system by politicians would be the downfall. While the nation as a whole is basically “first world” the public health system is laughable. I’ve been both a patient and a visitor in Port Of Spain General and we’re talking WW2 era infrastructure. The wards are not even climate controlled, they use windows and vent bricks which while pleasant due to the mild climate are not conductive to quarantine.
Mount Hope the other major public hospital is far more modern but out of the way of the two major urban centers.
There are small modern private hospitals that are top of the line and could do a proper quarantine, but they are PRIVATE and unless the government pays them to take care of patients forget it.
There was a stupid rumor on social media about a sick west African patient in POS General and the media reported nurses didn’t show up for work. If there was an actual outbreak things would quickly collapse.
My wife has in all seriousness told me we need to lay in two weeks worth of canned food.
Ok your turn!
