How much horsepower am i putting out at 25mph on flat pavement on a mountain bike? I weigh 190lbs.

Check out the Analytic Cycling page. For 25mph and default values for all other parameters, it gives 250 watts (0.33 horsepower).
Nifty page. Just for a little extra info, whenever I use an exercise bike, it normally reads me using about 100 Watts.
