OTOH, I relish the thought of what a reasonably successful Huckabee run for the nomination would do for, or rather to, the GOP.

No, but isn’t it splendid to imagine what a Huckabee presidential campaign would be like? I have this mental image of the Democrats just steam-rolling right over Huckabee - it would be beautiful. Which is why I’m wishing him all the luck in the world for the primaries - Huck has got to be every Democrat’s dream opponent.
