Well, this was quite the news to wake up to this morning:
Quick summary: A doctor in Spain was being investigated for providing performance enhancing drugs. The investigation turned up ties to 56 cyclists. The teams participating in the tour had previously agreed that any riders connected to the doctor would be barred from the Tour.
