I always experience hunger when i have a cold. Even after a hearty meal, i feel famished within 1hour. why is this so? What happen if i ignore the hunger?(i have never been able to ignore the hunger)
It’s probably because your body is using more energy than usual fighting off the infection, and so needs to be refueled (so to speak) more often.
