Scribble if you want to try logging what you eat for a few weeks, just to see what’s actually happening, Weight Watchers has a good app, and there’s also one called “My Fitness Pal” that I like. Enter everything you’re eating or drinking, at the time you’re consuming, and see what the numbers look like at the end of the day/week.

Thanks for the suggestions. So far, I’m just using pencil and paper, which seems to be going ok. Maybe having an app would be better, though

I keep gaining weight but my waist isn’t changing. It is starting to worry me.

The nice thing about the apps is that a lot of foods are already in there, so you get accurate calorie counting.

Maybe it’s not the Yale you’re thinking of! :smiley:
