I am going to have 4 hours to spend in Manhattan tomorrow

Pastrami on rye. Ask a local for the location of a good deli. Then sit back and people watch.

Oh god so much stuff. I decided to skip the museum for now. I figured that I didn’t want to spend more than about twenty minutes in any one place and that wasn’t enough time to do a museum. I started off the going to the Rainbow City installation, which was super neat. I went up to the high line too, and then bummed around Chelsea for a while. I headed back to 7th Ave to check out Koreatown and then up to Time Square. I wandered the theater district for a bit got lunch at the stage deli and picked up some cupcakes from the Magnolia Bakery then headed to Rockefeller Center. I was going to go to top of the rock but tickets were more expensive than I felt would be worth it so I headed to Fifth Ave instead and walked back south to check out the Empire State building up close and see some other sites. Then my time was up and I headed back home.

It was lots of fun and I will have to do it again when I have a bit more time and a but more focus. Despite my best efforts I still feel like I tried to cram too much into a single trip, its not like I won’t be able to go back.

Thanks for all the help.

Wow you really packed a lot in!

Sounds like a good time! I am going to hit up the Rainbow City on Monday and check out the new Highline entrance, I am pretty excited about that. I might have to snag a cupcake, too.
