I’ve reread this thread I posted much drivel in. And I appolgise Checkmate. I discussed this with a buddy of mine and his words were, “Take your time before you post or it’ll come back to bite you on the ass.”
I didn’t take time to really think about this thread because a simular incident happened to a family member of mine. This family member of mine was convicted with Att. Agg. Sexual Battery from hearsay. There was no physical evedence, no witnesses, and it was only after passing several polygraphs and having his case reviewed by several psychologist and the DA that he was accounted for as innocent. His life has been a constant struggle since then. Once convicted there is nothing the DA could do.
I responded to your thread out of anxt. for what happened to him. Plus with anxt for what has happened to several people that i know who have been sexually assaulted and the offender goes free.
So again I appologise for many insensitive comments I made in that thread. :smack:
One of my fathers hobbies is writing poetry. And he has always told me to reread everything I write. Well I didn’t, and I feel like an arse. I still stand by my beliefs, I just should have clarified. Such as when I said,“Even thinking of commiting a sex crime is punishable. Thank goodness for it too.” I was being sarcastic. Shoulda told ya.
