and now I’m doing the dance of joy.
I got it at a little flea market out in Manitoba, and actually purchased it just because I liked it.
When I got back to the car with mom I happened to look at the back, and bingo - a Sherman signature.
I’m positively tickled pink.
Is this a really good thing, then? Is there something special about Sherman? (going off to look thru Mom’s rhinestone stuff)
Trust me - it’s a good thing.
For one thing, the Sherman pieces really are a cut above.
Secondly, the value of a Sherman piece in good condition is much higher than others, such as Coro.
Basically I bought a $450 US bracelet for $10 CDN.
I am a happy, happy bunny.

This is a necklace and earrings for $65, by guesstimatation the price would be about right.
Good grab there, alice. Faux jewelery is one of the rising markets these days. Your little bargain should hold its value quite well.
Lyllyan - my bracelet is very close to this one.
It’s the aurora crystals that really add value.
Ahh, I see. Thanks for the education.
