I.D. a Viking-Indian love story movie?

I was just wondering if anyone could I.D. a movie, based on a “teaser” clip I saw on CNN about five years ago.

The movie, apparently, centered around one of the first bands of Vikings to explode North America. One of the younger Vikings apparently gets involved in a love affair with a local Indian woman.

That’s…all I can remember from the teaser. Except that it was recently (within the last 10 years or so) made, and that it might have been produced outside of the U.S.

So…can anyone figure this one out?

‘Killian’s Chronicle’, also called ‘The Magic Stone’.

As if Native Americans didn’t take & use slaves! HA!

Though some Native Americans in other regions may have had slaves, the Algonquins and Iroqoius peoples of that region did not. They simply had no use for them. Iroquois would adopt outsiders to replace dead family members and force them to go through insanely torturous rituals. It was certainly not unheard of to adopt outsiders especially when they brought neat European gadgets. See James Axtell’s “The White Indians of Colonial America.”

Come on – they weren’t that violent!
