Well, unfortunately there are some truths that many don’t like to recognize.
Yes, it’s true, because they’re poorer and cone from a historically persecuted culture, blacks are more likely than whites to engage in violent crime.
Similarly, whites have extremely small penises and are sexually inferior to whites.
That’s why historically white men react so badly when they see white women fraternizing with black men.
Who can blame them when they quite literally can’t measure up.
Black Americans and “white” Russians commit murder at roughly the same rates, though the Russian rate is almost certainly higher because reporting and record keeping wrt to crime is better in the US. Russian street criminals do in fact target Asians and Africans for robbery and murder. They boast openly of this and make videos of their crimes as well.
There isn’t any evidence of a corresponding widespread anti white crime wave among black criminals in DC or anywhere else. In fact, black American criminals are much more likely to murder black Americans than they are white Americans.
The “targeting whites” argument is complete shit, especially when you consider that criminals who murder whites get stiffer sentences that people who murder blacks.

I appreciate your desire to understand. I won’t speak to your series of comments but, by way of explanation, will admit to a lack of ability and even effort to make myself understood from post to post.
I started off by trying to make the point that the dislike, disdain and even hate for Tea Baggers is obvious around here. What exactly are the reasons for that attitude?
Whatever they are, my dislike for a person of a different race is based on much the same thing…it’s not simply skin color.
To the extent every person who goes to a Tea Party rally can be lumped into a common group, I think I should be able to do the same for other groups.

First, there are white racists who live in largely black neighborhoods. Not “aversive racists” or whatever, just plain old “I hate black people” racists. They’re rare but they exist. I’ve met a couple. They want/need to live in the city, and they need someplace cheap. In DC, at least, that means your neighbors are going to include a lot of black people. Just because you live in a neighborhood doesn’t mean you have to like your neighbors.
However, I’m not convinced that the lady in the OP was racist at all. We only have Sven’s word for the tone of her warning. Even accepting that, there’s no evidence the italicized “they” referred to black people in general. It’s more likely she was referring to street criminals, who would in fact enjoy beating up a white person for reasons beyond acquiring cash and iphones.
You know MOL, I’m fairly ticked off that you casually mention that I “believe in racial superiority,” especially after I took so much time to painstakingly walk you through my thought process on this issue.
Can you explain whyt you would say such a thing? Why can’t you undersÞand that I’m not making a value judgment when I discuss the factual statements about the averages for various measures in different races?

I agree with this statement. Also, I’d like to give a piece of advice to newer residents of DC of all backgrounds: pace yourselves, don’t jump all over every perceived racist undertone in an utterance because a) you will be exhausted by New Year’s; and b) there will be plenty of opportunities to respond to overt racism of all shapes and sizes, be picky. Like I said: DC, like most cities consists of people of various backgrounds trying to get along and for the most part it does a pretty good job of it, but given the size of the city you’re bound to run in to some real flaming douchebags, save your outrage for them.
