I was reading in bed when the heating part of the central heat/air came on. I hadn’t had the unit on for 3 weeks. Switch still in the “off” position. It’s getting hotter and hotter ,maintenance is on vacation… Called the utility co,they aren’t allowed to work here,but they did suggest calling the Fire Department,as the unit was showing no sign of shutting off. I did,they came,threw the breaker that I couldn’t reach and all is well. It was 85f in here,55f outside… Thank you BVFD
