I don't like time.

Time Has Come Today.

Sorry, I didn’t read the OP. It’s long and I lack the undefinable resource I would have needed to work my way through it.

A lot of atheists don’t like God.

Who’s that?

I already said all of this tomorrow.

My worm is full of MIIIIIIIIINDS!!!

Yeah, well, dude never shows up. Total flake.

I think that the OP needs his own Imperial Battleship.

I’d like to know just exactly who is this Time Being who everybody is always doing things for? “We’ll do this for the Time Being.” “Let’s put it aside for the Time Being.” Has anyone actually ever seen the Time Being? Why is he always so demanding?

Yeh, well, I happen to know time is a motherfuckin’ cube.

Time keeps on slippin’, slippin’ into the future.

Is that like when you grease up your pig for sexy time?

He flexes like a whore
Falls wanking to the floor
His trick is you and me, boy.

Godel apparently once proved mathematically that in a universe governed by General Relativity time cannot exist. Einstein agreed with this proof. There is some quantum evidence that time is an emergent property rather than a basic property.

This is all way beyond my pay level, but serious scientists do consider the question of time not existing at leas as we experience it.

OldGuy.
“Time not existing. At least as we experience it”
Yes. Our ability to remember due to the actions of energy and matter creating new synaptic connections in a pattern that can route electrochemical reactions through a similar route, is not time. It isn’t even really experiencing time flow. Just further reactions of energy and matter.
People say without time, there is no order of events. Nonsense. Energy and mass interact as their fundamental properties cause them to. Only an outside observer with memory capacity describes it as happening in portions of time. Even then, they describe it in proportion to other energy and mass interactions. Number of vibrations of an atom in a clock that happen, while something else happens. That is comparison. Not time.

Have not heard of the Godel proof and Einsteins agreement. Thanks. I’ll have to see if there is an example of that, that I can follow.

While looking for Godel’s proof, I came upon this.
Very much along the lines I am thinking.

He calls himself The Doctor. He never talks about it, but that’s where he gets his nutrition. It’s why he likes Earthlings so much. We’re always setting things aside for him.

The little hand is on the two.
The big hand is pointing at you.
Now what time is that?
My clock glows in the dark, what does yours do?
Sometimes I have to wind up my clock so the
Hands will point in different… special… ways.

I don’t really understand this post. You might as well say that you don’t like thermodynamics, or entropy, or that 1+1=2. It’s true whether people like it or not.

Velocity.
Time is not true, in the way so many people suppose it and talk about it. As a thing that exists in some form other than a human construct. As in being able to travel back and forward in it. That it slows or speeds up. Time does nothing. It is nonexistent. Things happen in accordance with the interactions of mass and energy. The effects those things produce.
Time is an abstract concept. One that is useful to describe things. Calculate things. But it is not a thing that physically exists or exerts any physical force.
