I posted a few weeks ago that I had taken the famous (infamous?) Art Instruction Schools “Draw Tippy the Turtle” test. With 98 being a perfect score and 80 being the lowest passing score, I scored a 90. I missed the question about “unity” and I didn’t put enough detail into my drawing of the house, but otherwise I guess I did ok.
Still waiting to hear about an interview, though. I’d really like to enroll, if it’s not too expensive and if it would really help me get a career. I’ve always loved comic books, comic strips, and cartoons. I’d love to do that kind of work for a living.
Some of my best friends exist only in pencil and ink.
