When I recognize and intellectualize an irrational fear, see it as a challenge, and deal with it – such as public speaking and spiders.
When I am productive and active.
Without any pants on.
When I’ve spent all day outside, watering, pulling weeds, sowing seeds, taking cuttings, digging the ground till my hands are blistered, my back and arms ache, and I’m so exhausted I never want to move again.
Now, I’m not saying that I exactly ENJOY doing this…physical labor really ain’t my thing…but, for some reason, working in the garden makes me happy.
