Ok, I wasn’t as excited as that sounded, but still…I got a new parka!
And, the best part is: It cost me nothing!

It’s this one in navy blue, with our district logo on the front pocket. I had to order some winterwear for some of the crossing guards here, and just added an extra XL for meeself.
As a general rule I don’t work for anyone that doesn’t have a hand in dressing me too.

Off-topic, slightly, I was just thinking of the Bus Guy today. Some of the schools in our outlying districts are shutting down early in anticipation of a HUGE ice & rainstorm coming tonight. So all the buses have to go pickup the kids. So…I’m sure our local bus guy is trying to organize it right now.
