I got threats someone says he will hire a killer or hitman to kill me, is this possible?

I read more about Deep Web… the feds shut down silk road market in 2013 but it seems that there are many other drug markets on deep web nowdays… why don’t they shot them down?

and the real hitman on deep web? I hope someone is able to stop them

You could hire a hitman to go after them.

yes, hiring some hitman to kill each other

that would be great

There are laws against threatening to kill someone.

Can you prove this happened?

Even if you can’t, if you are seriously concerned - and it sounds like you are - IMO, it would be best if your first step was to consult a criminal lawyer. The cost would not likely be large - especially if you go to your local community legal center. Can you afford to pay a lawyer a few hundred dollars? If so, it would almost certainly be worth the money. If I were you I would not go to the police directly because on any given day, you never can tell just what individual police person you will meet and how they will treat you. But a criminal lawyer likely knows some police people who will be sympathetic to your cause and who may be willing to go talk with this person. If this person then admits to threatening you, or if you can prove they threatened you, this person could be in for some serious trouble and deservedly so.

In my experience, if you feel a need to contact the police to help you, it is almost always better to consult a criminal lawyer first. If nothing else, the lawyer may advise you what to do and how to proceed and their advice will almost certainly be better than the advice of some average people. Alternatively, they may be able to take you to see the police and help you to be treated seriously.

Can you tell us in what country this happened? You sound like you may not be a native English speaker. Are you not from the same country as the person who threatened you? If not, if you are native to a country that is different from the county of the police you will be seeing, it is even more reason to speak with a lawyer first or to have a lawyer represent you when you speak with the police.

Thank you for your answer, this is by far the best good one

I am not a native english speaker, I am from France but I curently live in the US

Hopefully the person who threatened me will get over it, but I am going to consult a lawyer to keep safe

I also hope that the Besa Mafia that he mentioned is more interested to to their mafia things than to come kill innocent people and I hope is not as easy to hire a killer as he say

Ironically, the founder of Silk Road was busted when paid $80K to hire a hitman… who was actually an undercover cop.

In my previous post, when I said “average people”, I meant people who are not lawyers.

You should know the legal system in France is extremely different than the one in the USA.

In general, there are two different kinds of legal systems in the world and the one in France is very different than the one in the USA. In half the world, the legal system is derived from “common law” and in the other half, the legal system is derived from “civil law”.

France is under the jurisdiction of a “civil law” system. USA is under “common law” system. Very different systems. If you are not familiar with the differences, it is all the more reason for you to consult a lawyer before you go see the police.

I think it was extremely stupid for him to meet with the hitman, or to provide his real information to the hitman…

But this is very good news, I will go consult a lawyer, and then I will go tell the police about the threats.

Maybe police will send an undercover cop to post as hitman for hire to my threatening guy, and he will be stupid enough to meet with him to tell him who he wants killed

Let’s hope he doesn’t just send only information about me and payment to some hitman

She says she is living in the U.S., so if she sees a lawyer, she will get advice on U.S. law.

Sounds like Jane needs to get in touch with …
The A Team

Whenever I see anything in the news about someone hiring a hit man it is generally a story about how the hit man turned out to be a cop and the person doing the hiring ends up doing time.

Sounds like JaneTia is a troll. In this case Jane your hitman will be an elf. And its Christmas. You’re doomed.

 Uh huh. This is real.

No-no, you have to use tin foil and with super glue all over completely cover all windows in the entire house. So a sniper may not spot you. You see hitmen only allowed to use two weapones, forementioned sniper rifle and steel wire to chock you from behind. simply carry jet fuel and BBQ lighter on yourself because jet fuel melts steel beams! you must not fear the reaper with his wire

Torontonian Do not accuse people of being a troll outside of the Pit.

Moving thread to MPSIMS.

Well duh. Because the real hitmen are professionals who don’t get into the news. If you need someone removed quietly, you just have one more auto accident statistic or missing person report.

If you need to send a message that costs more.

Ah… the World Wide Web, where men are Men, women are Women and [del]children[/del] hitmen are undercover police.

There are no such things as freelance hitmen. Those who do it are usually connected with the mob and work for a mob boss who can protect them afterwards.

Second tier are friends of the person who wants to have you hit (and not particularly bright ones). They are usually caught (though I suppose that’s no consolation if they kill you first).

When someone tries to hire a hitman, they always end up hiring an undercover cop. It makes sense: even the mythological hitman is not going to do a job for a stranger that might be setting him up.

Yes, and this guy is from the internet so he just wants to obset me

I just told him what you said, that no professional hitman or killer will ever accept to take a job from an unknown person, because he could be setup so that he won’t find any real killer

He said that he will use deep web to find his killer and he will not meet the hitman himself, so he will not risk running into an undercover cop

He said he will not provide any real details about him, and he will pay with bitcoins to some escrow, so that the hitman gets his money only if the job has been completed succesfully

All this sounds making sense to a some point, which makes me feel again afraid

If the hitman doesn’t meet his customer and just take payment with bitcoin, then he would not be setup in any way…

So I need to protect myself… maybe stay in the house and have alarm sistems all over the house
