It occurs to me that Sims, the World’s Greatest Barbecue restaurant, and Curly’s, which is a class joint, have paper towel rolls at the tables.
They are not the small ones.

My personal favorite BBQ in Arkansas is Arther’s in Pine Bluff. They only make sandwiches, but they are awesome!
Oh, and while I like the Select-A-Size, I do know that there is no use for them in a (good) BBQ place.
I don’t like them either. I either need a whole sheet or just a corner. I never need half a sheet.
Ick, I don’t use regular paper towels at all anymore, I use those Viva ones - the thick towelly ones. They may be more expensive, but I can’t go back now!
