A metal nail entered in my foot, it was bleeding for 4 minutes, but i put spirits and pressed by thread , what should i do with, is it danger…?

Last time I was wounded by metal, my physician gave me a tetanus shot. You should talk to yours about this.

If you step on a nail you see a doctor to make sure the wound is clean, not a message board.

I was about to say that having stepped on many a nail (used to do some construction work) hydrogen peroxide is what I dumped on the wound. Alcohol in one form or another is what I dumped in me.

I was part of a care team for a tetanus patient. This person did recover, but was on a ventilator for a month. 
It didn’t have to happen.
Even if you do get cancer from the nail and they have to chop off your foot you can get a cool robot foot as a replacement. Then you’ll be the coolest kid in school and all the girls will want to date you.
Also you should join your schools tack and field team because with your robot foot you’ll be the fastest kid in school and if you keep practicing then you’ll make it to the Olympics and win medals like Oscar Pistorius did. And after you win the medals be sure not to murder your girlfriend because that is bad.
