I’ve been battling my ex for almost a year now to get the (rural) house sold. I had it listed last May and she refused to sign the list price. I’m taking her to court on the 12th with a motion to sell. This motion has been on the go for a number of months now. It’s been brutal.
I will then move into the big city somewhere: probably Kanata.
