I have (dramatic pause) AMNESIA!

This story is incredible. I didn’t think stuff like this happened outside of soap operas and midseason episodes of 24.

More here. If you don’t have a NY Times account there’s also a Chicago Tribune writeup here.

Apparently this perfectly normal dude from New Rochelle somehow ended up in a Chicago homeless shelter with no idea who he was. He was missing for three years before someone recognized his picture on TV and he got back in touch with his family.

“Three years? They said it was just seven months! Gaah, it’s starting again!!!”

This story just gave me explosive amnesia.

I had amnesia once, but I forgot about it.

This happened to him right after he rented “Donnie Brasco”.

It was for three years, but his family came down with mass amnesia two years and five months ago.

Yeah, that’s the ticket.

That’s OK, swinger. Pull up a groove and get fabulous.

Let me get this straight…does anyone here not have amnesia?

I have never had amnesia, to the best of my recollection.

How long before they cast Tom Hanks as the lead actor?

Ah, I remember well my bout with amnesia …

Synapses… can’t live with 'em, can’t fire 'em.

Ah, fuggedaboutit.

what?

I don’t recall.

What is this place?

I can’t wait for this thread to be reposted later because the OP forgot it was already posted.

Best one liner response IMHO.

I don’t know…

Damn, I thought I’d get to make the first All My Circuits reference…

Heh, same here, and yet I was the third reference!
