They get discounts for season memberships and most zoos are one of the better places to hang out. They can practice photography (another activity seniors seem to enjoy) and walk around in a secure safe environment. It’s a cliche that they are always dragging the grandkids there so much that the kids get tired of the zoo, Go to a zoo on a weekday and the place will be overrun by seniors and young well to do mothers with small kids.
You should NEVER do this. While you are at the casino who’s going to tell the kids to stay off your lawn.
Aren’t the elderly eschewing bingo, mall-walking, et. al in favor of monitoring the Border Fence online?
To make it more like bingo, they should give points for this, redeemable at Fingerhut. And no reduction in points for juveniles.
Yesterday I heard this lady explaining to the neighborhood watch how to tell which of three large dogs in the area had left the feces they were grousing about.
The strange thing was, her voice sounded Just. Like. Mine.
I had to look around a bit to get my bearings. How did I come to this? Is this really what answers for conversation in my life today?

I played “basket bingo” at a school fundraiser and was bored silly, and it took FOREVER. Bleh. Never again.
