I have ten eMusic downloads

…and four days to use them. I signed up a few months ago but have decided to drop it before my subscription renews. I’ve found some stuff I like but I just don’t have the patience to search for it. So the first ten suggested songs (if I don’t already have them) I’ll download no questions asked.

Except no rap.

This worked out pretty well the last time so I’m looking forward to hearing what you come up with. One suggestion per person please.

Hero of the Story - Regina Spektor

Lost Case of Being Found - Scott Biram

Remind Me by Röyksopp

“Apocalypse Please” by Muse.

“Just Like Old Times” by Todd Snider off “The Devil You Know” albumn

Enjoy!

God rest ye merry gentlemen, by sarah maclachlan and barenaked ladies.

We do (the stonecutter’s theme) from ‘bluegrass tribute to the music made famous by the simpsons’

Hope you don’t mind I had to give two.

Kik It by Brooklyn Funk Essentials

I don’t mind at all. But you’ll have to choose.

Anything Box - 65 Million Miles

Blonde Redhead - Hated Because of Great Qualities

or

Blonde Redhead - Loved Despite of Great Faults

from the album, Melody of Certain Damaged Lemons

Stan Rogers - The Mary Ellen Carter from “Between the Breaks … Live!”

Oh, fine :stuck_out_tongue: Take the order I listed them in as the order of priority, high to low. Assuming you can resist the lure of checking out that album of simpsons music

Tamacun- Rodrigo y Gabriela

Flight 180 - Bishop Allen

  1. Hero of the Story - Regina Spektor
  2. Lost Case of Being Found - Scott Biram
  3. Remind Me by Röyksopp
  4. Apocalypse Please by Muse
  5. Just Like Old Times by Todd Snider
  6. Kik It by Brooklyn Funk Essentials
  7. Anything Box - 65 Million Miles
  8. Stan Rogers - The Mary Ellen Carter from “Between the Breaks … Live!”
  9. God rest ye merry gentlemen, by sarah maclachlan and barenaked ladies
  10. Tamacun- Rodrigo y Gabriela

and in reserve, should any of these be unavailable for any reason, Flight 180 - Bishop Allen

I’ll download them tonight when I get home from work.

Seven for eleven, not a bad showing. I think I can find three more on my own.

But which ones did you like?

Oh please, I have 4,000 songs and only listen on shuffle mode, you think I’m gonna ever actually hear any of these songs?

Seriously, I haven’t had the chance to listen to them all yet. I had the playlist they’re in playing while I was shopping last night but I’m not sure which ones I heard, other than “Tamacun” which I liked.

Good enough for me, I just downloaded Tamacun.
