I Have The Coffee Equipment, Where Do I Get The Beans?

Argh. Screwed up the link.

Here you go. Capitol City Coffee.

Another small, local roaster: Stauf’s. They have a toll-free number and e-mail link. Their store is in my neighborhood, so that’s where I buy. It’s excellent coffee. They also have good coffee descriptions on their site (and a good explanation of how coffee flavor is described).

I’ve never tried it, but this stuff looks pretty good.

I’ve found that Gevalia coffee’s good, the times that I’ve had it.

I don’t care for Gevalia, but if you sign up they usually give you a free coffeemaker and some free samples, and you can cancel without really buying anything.

I like Trader Joe’s French Roast, it’s good, and cheap. I go through a lot of coffee so I get the 26 oz. can and grind it there in the store. I also tried some variety from Papua New Guinea. It’s good, but it smells better in the can than it tastes.

Trader Joe’s is a great place to sample coffees because it’s so affordable, if you don’t like it it’s not like you spent a mint on it.
