Oh, and CA is the only state, as far as I can tell, to set a deadline of 2020 for no more than 3%, and 2026 for 0 % energy from coal. once again leading the way for the nation.

Coal was 33%.
From the EPA, looks like 33% of the US electricity is derived from coal. If CA is imports only 6% of it’s needs from coal, (and legislated to be 0% by 2026) then CA is one of the few doing it right.
