I don’t blame them. My first thought if I see someone getting mugged is not to get involved. I’ll call the police for them afterward, sure, but no way in hell I’ll risk myself chasing after criminals.
People seem surprised…yes, there are bad people out there who consider that your stuff belongs to them. They are not deterred by anything like morals-to them, you have THEIR stuff-they just want it back. When something like this happens to you, you just have to realize that its up to you to protect yourself…and not put yourself in situations like this.
