I got the short form this week and filled it out this morning. Household of six, and just as many “Mother Tongues:” English, French, German, Persian, Amharic, and American. 
Maybe I’ll actually fill the things out this weekend. Or do the online thing.
I was hoping for the long form too, just for fun.

FWIW, I got the long form, so I can’t submit it right away; it asks about how much I (worked, bought, had sex*, etc.) “last week” when in fact “last week” is next week. So I have to remember to keep track…
