I just had Brussel Sprouts at a restaurant - how did they make them taste great?

Bacon fat is an awesome butter substitute for Brussels sprouts.

Correct - providing you brown the sprouts first in a bit of olive oil, then add the garlic. Burnt garlic is a crime against humanity.

a few years ago alex guranscheli (im not spelling her last name right but if you watch food network or chopped ya know who she is ) said she deep fries them like french-fries and sometimes in duck fat and everyone wanted the directions so ya might wanna try that ……

my moms friend had a dog that hed bring over and id eat the outside but feed the dog inside and the poor guy never figured out why his dog would drive him out of the house with stink after he came over …………
