I just ran my first Marathon!

Congratulations! So you only trained for 5 weeks? I’m running marathon #2 in June and my full plan is 16 weeks (I did a 21-week plan for my first). You could definitely break 5 hours if you trained longer. Good luck!

Yeah, time was at such a premium for me. I wish I had trained more, fortunately though I have been running fairly regularly for four years, so I have a very good cardiovascular system. It was the hardest for my feet.
