To be more specific…
As a Manager. I love it when I manage to deal with a person’s faults, point out the errors they’ve made, and before the next day appease them in such a way that they respect me and admire me, and still take on board my criticisms.
It doesn’t happen often but it makes my job worthwhile. And what makes me feel good is that I’m a quick learner and I’m learning to better manage the balance of criticism and appeasement.
