Jason Giambi got in the lineup at 1B (50% of the time) for the Yankees even WITH the DH. If there was no DH, he’d be there every day.

Note that when a pitcher is about to bat,the opposing pitcher can bat around the 8 spot. That means 2 dead spots in every 9. No way to have fun for a sport that everybody says is dull.
