I picked up my new Audi A4 last Saturday, and now I’m becoming a worry-wart. Wanna keep my baby pretty.
Anyhow, I park under oak trees at home, and next to a refinery at work. Lots of yucky stuff both places, and I want to protect the car’s finish as much as possible.
So, do car covers really protect? And do you, as in most things, get what you pay for?. I looked on autoaccessories.com, and prices range from about $100 to nearly $400. I’m more concerned about quality than price, but don’t want to toss money away.
BTW; the car Rocks.
Peace,
mangeorge
I used to have a very nice motorcycle cover, until it was swiped. Now I have a cheap one. The cheap one keeps the dirt and stuff off, but it doesn’t seem to keep the dew off.
Thanks, Johnny. Most of the car ones have an optional cable that, I assume, somehow attaches to the cover and discourages theft.
See how much I know?
Peace,
mangeorge
