So, there’s a pot of Turkey soup simmering on the stove, and it would be just lovely if it were to be upgraded to Turkey Noodle soup.
Alas, I lack a good noodle recipe. There’s a small caveat: I have tendintis in both elbows so ideally said recipe would involve a minimum of rolling (I do not own a noodle machine).
I do own: a food processor, flour, eggs, milk, a rolling pin, a full spice rack.
I have a few good recipes for Spaetzle, so I don’t need another one of that variety. I was hoping for some good chewy egg noodles.
