I was in a similar boat earlier this year when my ~7 year old HP Pavilion gave me the BSOD and stopped booting. Made sure my replacement system is VR ready.
Messed around in Google Earth VR last night. That thing is loads of awesome!
Now if I could figure out how to get it into Street View…
Hold one of the buttons (it’ll vary based on your system) and you get a sort of “globe” thing on your hand. Smash that into your face.
It works better than it sounds, but it’s not exactly intuitive.
Ive wanted a vive or rift for ages but then they put borderlands 2 on PSVR … and now I wanna swing my fist like a mad man when I decide just to beat everyone to death by hand lol
But ive been burned on things like the ps2 camera and the various kinects ………. and I have a day 1 ps4 ….
