I need to know this tonight - Mass Pike toll from end to end - How much?

Getting on from Rt 93 in Boston and taking it all the way to the NYS Thruway - Now much is the total toll.

The Mass Pike web site is very hard to understand. It looks like it is $3.60 for the western portion and a wopping $4 for the eastern 12 miles (4 x $1 toll barriers).

I don’t recall going through 4 toll barriers so I may be missing something.

I need to know how much this cost me.

Thanks

This says it pretty well, as long as you miss the tunnels, which I think you do.

Looks like it means $.50 at Allston, then $3.10 after you pick up your ticket after passing I-95. It’s been a while since I did that, though.

That’s better info then I found. btw the tunnel is now $3. I bet the $0.50 is now $1 which is the $1 I kept seeing on their web site. The barriers must be upon entry not along the pike.

Thanks for the help.

From the Mass Pike site, three toll schedules:

Western Turnpike Toll Schedule (An Excel spreadsheet!)

Boston Extension Toll Schedule (An Adobe .pdf!)

Callahan, Sumner, and Ted Williams Tunnels Toll Schedules (Another Adobe .pdf!)

(That is the weirdest Turnpike web site. To find the tolls, select the Turnpike Traveller page, then select the New! On-Line Mass Pike Map, then the Toll Schedules hyperlink, then scroll down to the links to the sections.)
