I think you meant ‘unlikely’, and 3 months is still freshly dead, but not yet a zombie. We need our SDMB zombies to get much more ripe first! 
I think the use of the term likely was ironic.

Although I guess the voice I imagine that spoken in probably doesn’t belong to someone who would use a semi-colon.
