I pit Rush Limbaugh for being an idiot about birth control

'Cept this has NOTHING to do with taxes.

CMC fnord!

Or random Es and absent Ws.

Why would they need the pill when they’re with a man who can’t get it up?

Is that how it works? If I get someone riled up, I have won the argument?

Man, I have been winning arguments for YEARS and didn’t know it!

Fuck him, that fucking dope-infested, mental-midget misogynist. Fuck his show, fuck his everything.

At least Boehner didn’t like the comments. Notice how Ricky-poo Santorum called his remarks “absurd” but didn’t say he disagreed with them? Probably because Rush quoted Ricky-poo’s largest donator. If I were Romney, I’d jump on this to grab some women’s votes.

At least some of his advertisers are dropping out, some after 20+ years.

This place really has turned into the left-wing moron society.

Here:

"Exit polls show that Obama’s emphasis on women’s issues helped to bring him victory In the U.S. presidential election of 2008.
Nationally it is estimated that Senator Obama received 35,900,000 votes from women and 27,800,00 from men. He benefited by emphasizing issues that were important to women and their families.

And now here:

http://abclocal.go.com/wls/story?section=news/national_world&id=8561269

"President Barack Obama is increasing his support among women, and Republicans appear to deserve some of the credit.

Polls show Obama’s standing among female voters is strengthening as the economy improves and as social issues, including birth control, have generated political headlines."

As 2012 rolls along Obama, like any good Democrat, knows he needs to court one of his biggest bases, stupid, easily manipulated women.

So what he does make up this issue that “Hey, Catholic universities should have to offer birth control” which he knows is unconstitutional, but it’s the gesture that counts, and if they can’t do it, then insurance companies can, right?

Then he gets this brazen slut to chum the waters for stupid Republican by suggesting we should pay for her birth control (when you pay for my beer I’ll consider it.)

This is so fucking transparent, only a left wing idiot or a stupid republican could take it at face value. The whole point is to get a Republican to say that this is not a good idea on so many different levels, or openly denounce her and then we can trot out the old

REPUBLICANS HATE WOMEN meme (which we need to do every election year.)

Now that a couple of people said this was a bad idea and Rush called the brazen slut, a “slut,” Obama can call her up and offer her his sympathies and show he cares about women’s rights , and thereby secure the vote of stupid and easily manipulated women.
What bothers me in this whole manufactured bullshit is that they didn’t even try harder to make it less obvious what they were doing.

I don’t who the dumbest morons are
Is it the stupid easily manipulated women for whom this is targeted, who seem to enjoy the passive aggressive manipulation and are drawn to it the way a hooker is drawn to the abusive charisma of her pimp?

Is it the stupid Republicans who actually rose to the debate to say that this was a bad idea somehow not sensing the trap?
Or is it you people… who think this is real?

*Note: I’m not saying that all or most women are stupid and easily manipulated, just that the subclass of women who are both stupid and easily manipulated are the target of this blatantly timed and manufactured issue.

The biggest misogyny is that the Democrat party leadership seems to estimate that quite a large portion of the female populace seems to fall into the stupid and easily manipulated category.

I hope they are not right.

Keep in mind that the woman Linmbaugh is slandering is a friend of Fluke who lost an ovary from ovarian cysts because insurance wouldn’t cover the pills she needed. Of course I’m sure he’s aware of that and gloats over what happened to her and over having the chance to smear her publicly.

Ha! He called her!

I didn’t know that when I wrote the last post. How cool is that.

This thing is so banal and predictable and scripted it defies belief.

Bye bye.

Speaking of banal and predictable, look; Scylla’s blathering. Yawn.

Since I already have an insane liberal on my ignore list, I see no reason that I can’t add an insane conservative to balance things out.

Whoa! Is this an example of the “having so much sex .. can’t afford birth control?”

Cite that legally requiring insurers who cover other prescription medications to cover contraception is unconstitutional?

Explanation of why at least 26 states have laws requiring exactly that, with no constitutionality challenges?

Holy Toledo, Scylla. Did you seriously just call a woman a “brazen slut” simply because she’s on birth control pills and therefore presumably is sexually active?

“Brazen slut”? Seriously? Scylla, did you join the Taliban or something when we weren’t looking?

And anyway, if insurers are required to pay for your Viagra, why shouldn’t they pay for her contraceptives?

Their website says “about $15-$50 a month”. At $15/month that would be $540 (18% of $3000) and at $50/month it would be $1800 (60% of $3000). I stand corrected, but my figure was closer to the truth than Ms. Fluke’s.

Do I recall correctly that Scylla has daughters?

Sluts.

(Or at least they presumably will be.)

Yeah, that’s Planned Parenthood’s website. I’ve already said that PP is not remotely easy for every woman (or even most women) to get to. Have any sites for normal pharmacy prices without insurance?

Hey, leave Scylla’s stupid whore daughters alone. It’s not their fault their father is borderline-retarded. How do you expect them to amount to anything when their primary male authority figure is a twat?

I think Scylla is just upset the republicans are taking the bait and looking so stupid.

Generally, they aren’t required to cover Viagra (you might be thinking of Medicaid, which is welfare, not insurance), but if they were, it would also be wrong. It should be up to insurance companies and their customers what the policy covers. If they want to offer a policy that doesn’t cover drugs that start with the letter M, or drugs that come in the form of a yellow pill, so what? Buy a different policy.

This whole contraception mandate is a bunch of free-riding bullshit. Her taxes don’t pay my electric bill and mine damn well shouldn’t pay for her pills. Her parents must be so proud.

This has nothing to do with taxes, no matter how many times morons insist it does.

And am I to presume that you’ll one day not be proud of your daughters if they have sex? What in the unholy fuck is WRONG with you people? I sincerely hope that your junk rots and falls off from lack of use, because you certainly don’t deserve to get fucked by the 50% of the population you so clearly hold in contempt.
