Yeah, I was just referring to this comment.
I hate to resurrect this thread, since Bricker was hoping we’d all forget about it, but this seems like it belongs here:
From: Michael Tomasky on How the GOP Plans to Block the Black Vote
Pretty sure we touched on that, Lobo. His testimony is damning, to be sure, and I for one am inclined to believe him, but he’s got all kinds of legal problems about corruption and shit, and even if he didn’t, its anecdotal, and doesn’t rise to the level of absolute credibility of Bricker’s revelations about the CASA Conspiracy.
Ah, I must have missed it. Or perhaps just forgot.
Either way, hopefully Bricker will finally catch those illegal voters.
Much more reliable than your usual sources, since he’s just an accused felon so far. I’m sure you will count on his vote after he’s a convicted felon, as you always do for convicted felons.
I’m not particularly in favor of felons not being able to vote, but they certainly shouldn’t if that’s the law.
Are you lying about my position again, Bricker? How typical.
You, personally, want the Democrats to benefit from illegal votes, both from non-citizens and felons. You crave it. You live for it. It’s obvious – no need to deny it.
But none of those things are true. I think a person’s vote is very, very important. Which is why I’m against the voter ID laws that are an attempt to make it more difficult for likely Democrats to vote. I’d be against those laws if they made it harder for Republicans to vote. It’s just wrong.
Why do you support those laws, even though you know that voter fraud is all but non-existent in this country?
Well, this is it, this is the stupidest fucking thing you’ve ever said, and that includes “I do”. I hope you’re just yanking Lobo’s chain, but more for your sake than ours,
45 pages and you haven’t figure it out yet? You want it repeated for the 50th or so time? Masochistic.
Lucy never gets tired of holding that football.
A question (I apologize if this has been asked before, but this is a LONG thread).
How would those on the conservative/Republican side rate their agreement with this statement: no matter what reasons politicians put forth for voter ID laws, and no matter why many voters and constituents think it’s a good idea, there is a significant number of politicians who introduced these laws for the primary purpose of benefiting themselves or their party in future elections by making it harder for those statistically likely to vote for their opponents to vote.
I get the Miami feed for a CBS affiliate, there is a local story there about hundreds of absentee ballots being found on a woman that worked for a political campaign. They have arrested her and the case is ongoing, I’m surprised this hasn’t been mentioned in any of these voter ID threads yet.
An actual case of maybe voter fraud in Florida of all places and no one is interested?
Hahaha, nice wind up BrainGlutton!
Sure they are. You, personally, want the Democrats to benefit from illegal alien votes, from convicted felon votes, from voter impersonation votes… from any and all illegal methods of accuring votes. It’s absolutely obvious.
OK. got it, its Bricker being all arch and cutey-pie, yanking on** Lobo’s** chain. Doesn’t really believe it, and even if he did, wouldn’t actually say it. Imply, insinuate, and suggest, sure, but actually say it, no way. Lawyer humor, one of the reasons they are so widely beloved. Adorable.
More today on the Rove tactic of pre-emptively accusing the other party of what you’re doing yourself, to ward off criticism:
Only because the Republicans got greedy did this come to light. And no ID law would have prevented it.
I suspect your conflicting drives of being a sociopath at the same time you are a true believer in the teachings of Christ have finally taken their toll on your capacity for reason.
I’m sorry you hate me so much you have to lie. I’m sorry that losing this argument has hurt you so deeply. I really hope that you get better and that in the future, you can get closer to the ideals you hold dear.
<3
Oh, I was thinking of a new signature line you could use, tell me what you think:
And, of course, pretty much every reader knows that this sentiment is as phony as the rest of the crap you write.
Actually, I try not to lie. I honestly do wish you’d hold the ideals you pretend to. You’d be a better person and the world would be a better place.
It would be preferable to that, that you go full liberal, but I try to keep my wishes in the realm of possible.
