I pit the IRS

I see you’ve been to K-Mart recently.

In my recent experience, K-Mart doesn’t have any cashiers, just a long line of empty registers where they used to be.

Presumably by confidently asserting that you would never marry.

I have nothing but respect and admiration for the opinions of the curvy guys. If they are unanimous in their decision that I should not be married, I bow to their wisdom. Sort of a pre-emptive “Yes, dear.”

slow clap

Just to expand on this a little in case anyone’s interested, I analyzed 85 different cases that I’ve had recently with a total of about 1.1TB of data which includes both email and loose documents and it averages to about 5.3k docs/GB.

It would take far too long for me to pin it down to email totals to give an accurate average for just email and attachments.

But, the Act is clear in that destruction of electronic records, including deletion, carries with it some stiff penalties. Section 802 of Sarbanes Oxley imposes fines of up to $1,000,000 and prison terms of up to 20 years for knowingly deleting an email with the intent to impede, obstruct or influence a current or future federal investigation.QUOTE]

The operative words being “knowingly … with intent to impede, obstruct or influence…” That’s a pretty high bar.

Um, that is uncomfortably close to the truth.
