I misread the title thinking you once had a copy of “I Pre-Ordered The President” but that it was missing. 
It would be helpful if italics worked in thread titles.

It’s a shame that Ross Thomas and Elmore Leonard have died…I would be all over a Clinton collaboration with one of them.
