I(s anyone distributing a "field manual" on caring for Ebola?

Field manuals are US military publications where(among other things) life saving medical techniques are detailed. The idea is in the field, the best thing is to get to a damn hospital, but failing that here is how to deal with it.

Clearly there is an intelligent way to deal with caring for infected family or friends(outside of a hospital) which seems to be a problem in some of the hard hit areas.

I’m wondering if anyone is distributing “how to care for Ebola at home and not become infected” fliers etc.?
EDIT: Well thread title should be “Is” instead of “I(s” if anyone is wondering.

The closest is probably certain sections of the MSF FILOVIRUS HAEMORRHAGIC FEVER GUIDELINE. (big PDF).

Check **Patient care in the Home Based Care Support and Risk Reduction **starting on page 47 and
annex 15 Caretaker Task Instruction HBSRR and HBSRR kit beginning page 107. No idea if its being distributed in flyer form.

The linked guidelines are from 2008 and may have been updated since.
