If it was a house cat, it shouldn’t have been able to walk, much less climb a fence.

Dang, I see those all the time in Wenatchee. I always call them “rock doggies”, cuz I always see them hanging out in the rocks next to the Columbia River. I think I’m unique in using that nomenclature, though, as most people around here call them groundhogs or marmots.
