I hate how everyone loves the words “Big Brother.” I mean, yes, it will be a little like 1984 in some ways. But I’d bet that whoever wrote that headline hasn’t actually read the book they’re referencing in some years. In Oceania, buying things, and even possessing money, is discouraged.
