It’s interesting to me how many people, women in particular, have this reaction to him. A few good friends of mine (all women) and I have discussed it at length, the way his very visage makes our skin crawl and the sound of his whiny voice sends us diving for the remote to mute him as fast as possible. Our revulsion manifests in a very physical way.
Do others have this same reaction, besides @EddyTeddyFreddy and me?
One of the saddest things I ever had to do was stop listening to NPR in 2015 because they might unexpectedly air an audio clip of Mr T****. Couldn’t watch TV news for the same reason. You are dead-on. His voice and appearance provoke a reaction that is close to nausea. It is a literal clutching of gut muscles. And I am a boomer female too.
I use the ad blocker on photos of him when I’m reading the NYT or WaPo online just so I don’t see his repulsive face.
And cats.
Now you know why he doesn’t keep pets.

He repulses me because he is an unrepentant liar and pathological narcissist. He looks odd and talks funny, but the fact that he lies about everything, and thinks he’s the greatest person on earth, makes me sick to my stomach. And he doesn’t have a dog. Never trust a man who doesn’t own a dog.
When trump learned that Pence was going to have a pet in the VP house, he mocked him. I wonder if any of the trump family keep pets?

Back to topic. Oranganus has suffered a large loss of vocabulary in both written and oral effluent. He fallen back on sound bites, slurs, and slogans. It makes him sound halting along with the imagined pauses for adulation. His vision (the actual eye related part is failing); eyeglasses are for losers in his tiny mind. His vision, regarding his thoughts, is still myopically focused on, “What’s in it for him.”
He fills a lot of empty space with phrases such as: “like nothing that’s ever been seen before in the history of the country”. If this asshole is actually put behind bars, they should let him tweet just for the entertainment value. His meltdowns would be monumental.
