At about 3 am, I got up and took a small sip of Benylin Cough & Cold liquid and went back to bed. At about 6:30 am, I had more Benylin and also took one Tylenol Daytime Cold and Flu pill. It is now 8:20 am and I’m at work.
I’m dizzy and having trouble walking down the hall. Heart rate is normal, but I’m getting hot and cold flashes. Does this warrant a trip to the clinic or should I try and ride it out? Definitely going home, just waiting for the hubby.

I was reading up on overdose symptoms and saw that some people intentionally overdose on this stuff. Not a very pleasant high, iyam!
Glad you’re ok! I once made the mistake of taking too much Nyquil. Instead of making me fall asleep I had the opposite effect. Wide awake and jittery with a racing heartbeat. Won’t do that again!
