Finally, especially if you are one of the people selling these gizmos, have you heard of the Streisand Effect? This column was resting comfortably in the vaults before you summoned everyone on this board to read it and laugh at people who believe that an 18th-century invention works any better than it did back then, especially since a more-accurate forecast is available instantly online or every ten minutes on the eights on AM radio.
