although many of my friends don’t share my opinion.
My wife and I just returned from a vacation to Mexico. They were mopping some floors and put down the customary Caution Wet Floor signs. What I thought was hilarious was that while we were in Mexico the Spanish version Cuidado Piso Mojado was not displayed on these signs. Here in Texas at least you can’t find a wet floor sign without both Spanish and English (probably because of lawyers). I told my wife that I guess the Spanish only speaking guests didn’t need to know the floors were wet. Either that or only Americans are dumb enough to slip on wet floors :). My wife thought I was crazy when I made her save me a film exposure so I could take a picture of the sign.
Anyway just thought I share that in hopes that I’m not the only one who finds it so amusing.
