Well, the title pretty much says it all. I went for Chinese food last night, had candied bananas and thought they seemed like they would be fairly straightforward to make.
So - does anyone have a recipie? 
I’ve never made candied bananas but this looks like a fairly simple recipe.
Warning: I tried this once, years ago…never underestimate the ability of caramelized sugar to make your kitchen into a huge mess.
