Because they NEVER have to charge them things.
They’re on the phone all the time and they never need charging!

I have one. It runs on the life energy of the damned. Works best in Washington when congress is in session.
I’d rather have their computer. Go to it, put in the most obscure thing you ever heard of, and instantly hit the exact right page. Why do I have to go back and forth and hit so many dead ends?
I want their uncanny ability to get a parking space *exactly * in front of the building they need to visit.
One thing I don’t want are their homes. There seem to be no locks on the doors, and neighbours walk in all the time without knocking.
And no bathrooms! Of course, TV characters never pee, so…

“Who was on the phone?”, ask the side-kick
“Oh, that was Eugene the barber. He wanted to know if next time I’m in the neighborhood I could come in and explain why rockets create thrust by expelling mass backwards in a high speed jet and why chemical rockets create thrust by reacting propellants into very hot gas, which then expands and accelerates within a nozzle out the back or is the thrust produced as the mass flow rate of the propellants multiplied by their exhaust velocity as specified by Newton’s third law of motion?”

I thought he just left Jerry’s apartment, went to his for about two minutes, then came back to Jerry’s. For all we know he could have whacked it in the middle of his living room.

I want their ability to resolve major family disputes in 22 minutes, with humor.
The drawback though is that whenever they really, really could use a cell phone…there is no reception.
